      Bandwidth problem

Have just been informed by Amazon prime that my bandwidth is too low to show movie. This has never happened in all the years I have had fibre. Has sky reduced the bandwidth on sky fibre. How can I find what the bandwidth is? are there any APPs to do this.

      Re: Bandwidth problem

That is very unusual, especially with a Fibre connection. What is your connection speed? Could you do a speed test? How many are using your connection? Amazon requires around 3Mbps for D and 5Mbps for HD, I would be surprised if you don't have that with Fibre.

I have never had problems streaming from Amazon, even though I am a long way from the cabinet and only get about 17Mbps. I am the only one who uses the connection.
