Fibre to Fibre Pro upgrade gone wrong

      Hi Guys,

I am wondering if someone can help on Monday, by internet went down around 20.30pm its still down today, 3 days before as my contract was expiring with sky, I renewed and decided to upgrade to Fibre Pro.

I have tried restarting the router a few times, sky have done a couple of line tests, which passed both times, house phone works as intended, dial tone is fine. I have tested in the master socket and there is no change.

Basically what is happening is the DSL connection is working, ie I can connect to the TPM and I can see my down/up speeds, however I am not getting a DHCP address.

Sky said this is an issue with BT and they have booked a BT engineer, however it will be over before the engineer attends, does any one think the issue could be on Sky's side?

I don't know what you mean by saying it will be over, if it is down with Fibre it is still going to be down with Fibre Pro. If you are connecting and can see your speeds then it is unlikely to be a BTO problem, more likely to be Sky, although it may need a BTO engineer to fix it.
