Migrating today - connection is semi-dead
I'm moving line rental & VDSL2 from BT to Sky.
00:36 VDSL2 connection is no longer authenticated. Huawei HG612 modem is still synced.
10:00 I connect the Sky Hub to the BT master socket. Internet access isn't available.
Sky Hub status:
It doesn't look as though the broadband has been migrated yet. My previous connection with BT was up to 80/20, the Sky connection should be 40/10.
Is it normal for there to be a significant amount of time between the migration of the line and broadband? Any other thoughts?

Has the line migrated yet?

Re: Migrating today - connection is semi-dead
Interesting!
I usually warn it will go off around midnight the night before (based on user experience on here) and will start either AM or PM depending on the activation slot. If already on Sky, downtime should be lass than an hour for a migration. Please note the views and recommendations in my posts are my own and in no way reflect the views of Sky
