End of my tether with Sky fibre optic

Good evening...first post after joint tonight
,y issue is that I've had fibre optic for well over a year now, started great but has eventually slowed down to become unbearable. I mainly use wifi and originally has white hub with Openreach box. When I reached the point of being unable to download a film and watch it the same night I did so speed tests via Ookla . Over the period of a week these were anywhere between 0.14 & 3. Hard wired not a great deal more. I changed channels for a few days and retested to not find any difference. After a phone call to Sky they sent me a new black hub and happily charged me P&P too
after a week this was no faster either wireless or hard wired. They sent an Openreach operative who tested my line to the nearest box which is less than 300 m away and found no faults after another phone call a new router was sent as ape rentals last one was faulty. I've had this a week now and although much improved my download speed is consistently less than 20 wireless and less than 25 hard wired. I am paying for 38 and my line is capable of 80
where do I go from here....??????????????
