Slow upload speed after line repair

Last weekend I noticed that I no longer had a dial tone on my landline and that my fibre connection was around 30Mbps down / 5Mbps up whereas previously it had always been 40Mbps down / 10Mbps up.

A fix was made to the line (in the cabinet) on Thurs and immediately I had a dial tone and 40Mbps down but only 4.2Mbps up. Since then, the VDSL resynced in the early hours of Friday and gave me 40Mbps down / 3.7Mbps up. On Sat morning there was no resync. I rebooted myself just now and the speeds haven't changed.

Question is, should i raise the low upload speed with Sky or wait longer?
