      The night of 30th is the same as I was given too but we are asked not to be too specific. The same instructions are passed to the people in the call centres but they ignore this (bashes head on wall).

      There are a variety of reasons why the work may not be completed on time and I do watch the threads to see if others are having similar issues in the same exchanges (which is a great reason why we ask people to keep their profiles up to date).

      You should notice an improvement on 31st at the earliest, but it can take a few days for the new line to be completely working up to speed, which is another reason why we are asked not to be specific.

      I've just checked my exchange using the sky exchange checker - according to it my exchange is affected? Will this be to add more Bandwidth to the exchange


      EDIT - Spoken to Sky Help Team(twitter) who have confirmed congestion issues at my exchange

      @Spitfire Essentially yes, it's the backhaul network link between the exchange and the core network that becomes congested and needs more bandwidth.

      Was thinking there might be a web page where one can see an exchange list to see if ones own is listed as having a need to be updated and estimate of when.

      Sadly Sky doesn't like everyone to know all the faulty exchanges, only the ones which affect them.

      If i use the link above where i need to login it tells me there are no issues

      If i use Broadband and Talk service updates | Sky Customer Support and put my postcode in it tells me my exchange is affected...

      Resolution date : Late March for mine. - 31st March?
