      I've been having issues for the last few weeks after 6pm until about 11pm on weekdays and more often on weekends. I'm on the HASLINGTON exchange

      Here's my graph (ignore the big block of red. I forgot to disable the ping block in the routers firewall)

      I'm not sure what is happening there. It looks like your connection is very busy.

      I have asked and should have something tomorrow morning.

      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      @Wakey: Your exchange should be upgraded soon, but it is unsure if it will go through first time.

      Could you let us know if you notice any improvement or not over the next week or two. Thank you.

      Its seemed a fair bit better today and the quality/ping test results have looked better too, may just be pure luck but hopefully its solved

      Sadly my information is that it isn't due just yet, so possibly just a quiet night where you are.

      More than a quite night, its been much better for days now. Everyone on Sky in my area must have deiced to go on on Holiday at the same time lol
