      As a first time poster with an attachement in the post it goes into the Moderation queue to be approved. This is a anti spam measure.

      I have just updated another thread where a few members have reported similar issues. Below is a copy of what I posted for your benefit too:

      Ok, a quick update:

      LNNWS, ESSTI,NEHLS, LVWID, MYARM should all be updated over the next 2 to 3 weeks. In some cases it should be sooner, but this is all subject to the completion of the work which may be delayed for a variety of reasons.

      The good news is that Sky are aware that they each have an issue and are working to resolve the problem.

      If you can each each an eye on those quality meters, as well as your own experiences, and let us know when things are working better, it would be appreciated.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      From what I understand about the issue with NEHLS, when that is fixed so too should the issue with NEK.

      Update:

      Sorry or this, but the issue with the NEK exchange isn't directly links to the NEHLS exchange.

      I have received an update though regarding the planned upgrade to your exchange. This is currently scheduled so that things should be fixed early-mid next month.

      No problem Scubbie thank you - so there is a known issue at NEK and schedule to be fixed in Feb at some point?
