      Shopping basket locked.

      I want to purchase fibre online so I can get some m&s vouchers and quidco. Bought line rental online 2.11.13 but now I can't add anything to the shopping basket, it tells me that they don't have any offers for me because I ordered something within the last 30 days. That was more than 30 days ago, how do I get the basket reset to accept a new order?

      I would give Sky a call if I were you. This obviously needs to be challenged.

      Tried that, they told me that they haven't any idea who maintains the website profiles, any suggestions as to which department to ask for?

      Doh!

      I'd try Customer Services in the morning then. Call after 8am.

      Yes I know that someone is there 24/7, but you should get someone who knows what they are doing in the morning.

      (sorry to those members who work for Sky, but this really isn't any good)

      Totally agree with Scubbie it is not good enough. If the person you speak to does not know who can adjust or reset this then it is up to them or their management to find out.

      Definitely get back in touch.

      If you added line rental on the 2nd November then this takes about 2 weeks for the sale to complete.
      I don't know, but it is probably going to make you wait until 30 days after the previous order completed.
