If it is the later then a friendly call to Sky is required to repair a line fault.

Otherwise I would first change the Ethernet cable between your router and the Modem to see if that fixes things.
How can i check which one has the fault?

The dropout is only for a few seconds where if i refresh the page a few times it works. Basically is this a dropout on the line or does the issue lie elsewhere?

Your uptime on the internet appears to be about 5 days, so it looks like the drops are between the router and the modem.

      Re: Sr102 + ac66u

I have checked the LOG on the asus but there does not seem to be anything out of the ordinary, I have checked just after the drop and still nothing new.

I have the O2 router connected per 'npr' instructions with dhcp disabled and on ip 192.168.1.1 can this have anything to do with the drops?

      Re: Sr102 + ac66u

I am not certain but isn't the BT modems address 192.168.1.1? If it is you may have a conflict by using this address on another router connected to the network. Try giving the O2 router a different address and see if that helps.

Ill give it a go today, what about the ip on the Asus router do i leave that on 192.168.1.1 or will this conflict with the BTO modem?

      Re: Sr102 + ac66u

Do you mean both router have the same IP address? If so I would change both of them. Maybe 192.168.0.1 for the Asus and 192.168.0.254 for the O2.

Yes both routers had same ip, i have changed them both now. I will see how it goes and update you.
Do you think this would have caused the issue i described?
