      Fiber - slow speeds

      hi all had fiber installed a few days seems fine during day but at around 8pm onwards seems to slow to a hault i was wondering is this normal for a new line as i DLM will play its part but slows to point where even watching iplayer or youtube becomes impossible

      ive included a TBB ping monitor graph

      It looks like your exchange has congestion problems. Check here to see if it is listed as having problems.
      Broadband and Talk service updates | Sky Customer Support

      If it is not listed, report the problem to Sky.

      Beware of that checker - it is uncertain whether the underlying data is up to date. Sky are looking to revamp & relaunch it but there's still no news as yet on when that will happen (despite repeated enquiries and pushing on this by "some of us" via the official forum's private channel).

      had a check says my exchange is not affected so do i just phone sky and report it?

      As Speedyrite says the list may not be up to date, however it is better you report it. Use email or the Sky contact form to be sure there is a written record of your complaint. I have found the Help Requests form works quite well if you have it available to you. It will be below your Package link on your MySky page if you have it. I know it has not been rolled out nationwide yet.
