My source is on holiday this week, but will respond to some posts.

To the best of the knowledge direct from the Network team, the time frame provided is accurate.

If you believe your source and wish to switch, then I would take advantage of the option if you do not wish to wait any longer.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

Different Back-haul, Sky use their LLU network, Plusnet use BT wholesale/21CN

I'd only expect congestion in the openreach FTTC network to affect them both

Just a shame that Sky were unable to resolve the issue sooner for you.

Think they are more interested in giving compensation that getting a ofcom complaint so they let people leave as i was told by my friend they have to paid for every complaint they receive from ofcom
