Locked out of web UI on Huawei HG612 Modem

Happened about a week ago. I think BT have remotely updated the firmware. I can still telnet in but cannot access the web interface.

People have mentioned the same thing happening to them...
Huawei HG612 working as a router :: Fibre Broadband :: think broadband
Firmware with newest hardware driver BLOB | Huawei HG612 Hacking

The advise is to disable the firewall through telnet but I cannot find the command anywhere. Anyone know what the telnet command is? Is there a list of commands anywhere, would be useful to know.

      Thanks.

Yes there has been a remote firmware update from BTOR. Have you checked out the relevant threads about this on the Kitz forum? If you can telnet into the modem, you will at least be able to use the command line interface to issue commands to get at the information.
