      Suspended Sagem Router - Would it work if I flash it?

      Using the firmware here...
      Custom Sagemcom F@ST 2504N Firmware - pH-Mb

      I connected it but its got an amber light so I'm guessing sky have suspended it when they gave me a new home hub which I sold on ebay.
      I just want to keep it as a backup in case my asus one ever fails

      You should have kept your Hub. The time may come when you find your Asus is barred as it is using details from a router which is in use by someone else.

      As for your Sagem, it is unlikely to be barred. It can take 30 mins to an hour for another router to be recognised due to the wait for lease time to expire.

      Thanks for your reply Isitme... I never thought of that! Ah well lets hope that doesn't happen! I'll leave the sagem one connected for longer over the weekend and see if it still works.
