If you need a REIN fault investigated, you will need to contact Sky - probably best to call the Fibre Team direct (08442 410104) before they close at 9pm daily - so that they can raise it with BTOR for an engineer visit.

      Hi,

Does anyone on here know if the Fibre Team can be contacted by email? I have a number of screenshots that I would like to send to them.

Customerservices at bskyb.com with Attention of Fibre Team in the Subject line should get them if you can't find a more direct one.

      Re: Exchange Information

      Hi,

This issue is still ongoing and I am getting no where with Sky in terms of a resolution or the cause of the issue. I've spoken to Sky several times regarding this matter and all I am told is that it's being investigated. I have requested an email address from for their Fibre Team Tech Support but they have refused to provide this.

Please can someone on here advise me on how I can escalate this matter further?

      Thanks,

      Re: Exchange Information

      Hi,

I appreciate that this is a customer to customer forums, but I would appreciate a response advising if its possible for me to check to see if my local exchange is effected by congestion during peak hours?

      Thank you.

Loath though I am to suggest this you might need to email the Executive support team to get a better answer.
They would take proper ownership of the problem and, through MHR, update you on progress and call you back about actions you might need to perform.

Personally, I don't trust speed test sites. Have you tried multiple large file downloads from different servers/cloud services to test your actual speeds?

      Re: Exchange Information

I think it might be useful if snowy845 could post some more images of the charts from thinkbroadband. Also to refresh our memory as to what is happening. Sometimes the issue can be picked up from the description of it.

However, based on the feedback previously gained, the issue is not to do with the backhaul.

There are many other things which can cause a problem so lets try to identify what is happening here.
