      Hi all

For the first time since I joined Sky which was donkey yonks ago I think I have to contact tech support. I tried the Official Sky Links and the link for Sky Broadband says that Firefox cannot display the page. Can anyone tell me how to contact Sky Support please.

      Thanks

      Pete

Which page / link were you accessing?

Aso which version of Firefox do you have installed?

As for contacting Sky, try the following:

      Tel: 08442 411 653

Look at this page: Contact us

Which website are you trying to display? I can display this one: Sky Help using Firefox version 23.0 without any problems.

Thanks for that. I have made a note that it needs fixing. The 'Sky Tools' link needs fixing too as it goes to the Sky Email page.

I forget about those links and generally navigate once on the Sky site, hence I was able to get what you were looking for.
