      going to try push sky this week to ask why i have not been put back on my b/b unlimited & want something by end of week , dont know why i got it cut off especially as my fibre install failed this should of been their first priority to get me up & running again asap on my old b/b , but no one seems to have any answers . my mhr with sky is getting longer by the day , everytime i speak to someone new i say i have no b/b whats happening & they say i did not know that ( read my notes then )

      You have had a very poor time of it all round. Kelly has a poor reputation. They should not have left you with no connection at all. Sky & OR inter-communication seems poor at times. Hope you get sorted soon and some recompense for the bad experience.

      I agree with Speedyrite, the Executive team have probably been flooded by complaints of a trivial nature which has slowed down their response to genuine complaints such as yours. A few years ago your complaint would have been dealt with and fixed within days, but too many have used this route as a first line of complaint. We never advise contacting this team until all other avenues of complaint have been exhausted.

      im going to see what happenes this week & email EST & say i need answers as its been a week & heard nothing from fibre order team who are ment to keep me updated regularly . it seems im just stuck here waiting on answers until something is sorted . open reach hold the answers , i will be putting a compensation claim in & offering me like a month's free sky will not be good enough i have been disrupted big time for all the inconvenience cause , like i said before my family cant play their accounts on xbox etc which i have extra premium so its just wasting away , paying for accounts we cant play , but i will sort that out another day

      good news if this is true , got email from openreach today saying the upgrade of extra ports on the fibre cabinet 76 has been completed, on checking your speed it should be around 55meg. Please re-contact your Service Provider re-your order, so i phone sky & ask is this true , waiting on reply from est ( might even get pro ) if cab lets me

      im still waiting on sky who say they are waiting on update from openreach !!
      a neighbour of mine 2 doors away had fibre installed yesterday via openreach so i asked him when he placed order , just over 2 weeks ago he said . the engineer installed fibre from same cabinet as i would use he even showed me the spare connection ports said there was plenty , so what the hell is going on, openreach tell me its ready to place order sky say openreach have not updated us yet. email EST with info who say how come you know we are ment to tell you update ! well the answer to that is i have emailed openreach myself & got a reply so why is sky having so much trouble & so the saga continues for how long who knows

      just heard back from sky this was their reply
      Thanks for your further email.
      The information I have received today is that the line plant issue has been completed however, they are waiting for supplies of VTU cards for the cabinet.
      Once we have further information on this one, I will of course contact you again.
      anyone know what VTU cards are & what there purpose is thanks
      ( openreach tell me its ready , sky tell me openreach say waiting on VTU cards so who is right ? )

      sky have now told me my complaint has been logged with their head office team as sky's info from openreach is that the work is still not complete due to these VTU cards ?

      lets just say im still waiting even head office say they dont know whats going on ( famous words ) still waiting on update from openreach even though openreach tell me cabinet is ready to order
      i am now fed up & very frustrated . looks like i might have to email ofcom as all i seem to get is excuses
