      Drop in connection

On the 4 May I had my fibre installed when i did a speed check via my iphone I had 35/9 via speedtest.net which i thought was really good and i was well happy with, it went up a bit over the 10 days DLM and rested at about 36MB and and all of a sudden it is now dropped to between 16-17/8 i dont know when this started, but I have rebooted my hub to see If this resolves the issue it doesn't my hub still says 40/10 but i still get between 16-17MB via speedtest.net on my iphone now i know it can do more because ive seen the results, should I reboot my modem now if so is there a button on the back ? or do I power cycle it or do I need to log in to the BT modem to reboot it from the UI also will I have to start DLM again ??

As an after thought today should i change wifi channel ? or would a reboot of the router sort all my issues out ?

      Thanks for reading

      Re: Drop in connection

Right just checked and hard wired after I had rebooted router and ping was 21 up and down 27/9

On the BT speed checker web site was 31/8 do u think I need to call customer services as it used to be 36/9
