      Finally!

      Finally!

Sky have now decided to pull their finger out and now, sky fibre broadband is now being advertised on tv...they are now paying al pacino to starr in this one, instead of bruce willis...

they advertise about his laptop audio stuttering, then he accidentally hits it breaking it...
then they tell him it ain't his latop that had the problem it was his internet connection buffering...then they say SKY FIBRE BROADBAND...Super FAST!

i'll grab the tv advert sometime so we can watch on here...

Well they promised an announcement this week to compete with BT..so i guess this is it.
Half price fibre for 6 months, if you have the sports pack.

      Sky Fibre

Doesnt say anything for you existing customers or pro customers, but i am sure retensions would sort something out surely.

Why oh why oh why can you STILL not order SFUP online though?????????? Surely it's not difficult to update their systems and everyone else can do it!! Mind you is anyone willing to pay over the odds for it now though?

Throwing 502 errors left right and centre, looks like someone broke something.

      Re: Finally!

it's a shame that in every sky tv advert, the celebrities involved, either don't know sky exists, or they use selective forgetfullness, and act suprised when sky is mentioned, were'nt sky originally used in the US using satelite tv?

      I think you're misreading that.

It's 6 months Half Price Fibre and free activation for any Sky customer, and 6 months Free Fibre with free activation for customers with Sky sports or upgrading to Sports.
These offers are for any customer who doesn't have Sky Fibre currently, even if they already have Unlimited broadband and telephone.

You only need to take at least Sports1 or Sports2, and can remove the Sports at the end of the 6 month discount period.
