      More likely to be WLR3 to MSAN which I suspect the SVBN kit will be.

      MSAN = Multi service access node - Pretty much like a DSLAM but can often be equipped with various modules to offer other services such as Voice as well as DSL based services.

      DSLAM = Digital subscriber line access multiplexer
