      Interesting. Just tried again today and I'm now receiving this message: "We cannot currently offer you any Talk or Broadband products. This may be because these products are not available in your area or because you have made changes to your Sky Broadband or Talk products within the last 30 days." So maybe I need to wait 30 days before being able to order Fibre?

      My account page says that too, but I've managed to order fibre by speaking with the fibre team. As I said in my last post, if you use Sky's broadband availability checker using your address details and not your phone number, as long as it says fibre is available, then you can order it.

      Why can't I order Fibre? :-(

      I've been on BT Infinity a year now and according to Sky I still can't get fibre

      Was with Sky Broadband and very happy with it, had a couple of months of letters from BT offering fibre but wanted to wait until Sky launched theirs so I could stay with them.

      Sky launch came and went, they promised me an email when it was available, here I am a year later, no email and the Sky system still says not available in my area.

      Glad I didn't wait and went with BT instead
