It is easy to upgrade from SFU to SFUP but not to downgrade from SFUP to SFU in the first 12 months.

Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.

I suppose Sky will give me a speed estimate before I upgrade to Pro though?

If I am estimated 50Mb, going to Pro just doesn't seem worth it, however the faster upload is enticing.

If they tell me I can have 76mb then I will definitely upgrade

Sorry for all the questions guys....

      I'm reading about prices.

If I went with Pro, I pay for Talk unlimited at the moment so if I'm right I will pay:

      Fibre Unlimited Pro: 30
      Sky Talk Unlimited: 5
      Line Rental : 14.50

      Is this right?

Use the BT infinity page to get an estimate of what your line could handle.

As for upgrading from SFU to SFUP you will be advised of Sky's estimate before you confirm the order. The process should be completed within a few days, mine went overnight. I have to reboot the router to see the new speeds though I think. Can't recall at the moment.
