      Re: Sky or BT?

Well I've had a fun packed week after expecting to see fibre installed last Tuesday only to find the install was delayed apparently because Sky hadn't released my number. The end result was a week without broadband waiting for another appointment with OpenReach.

Infinity was installed today and it took all of 5 minutes just to replace the faceplate so I was bit fedup that I lost a whole week for such a minor job. Speeds seem pretty good so far.

We still have Sky TV but it expires on the 28th. At no time has Sky made any attempt to try and convince us to stay despite having been customers for over ten years. I had phone, line rental, broadband and HD TV.

My Friends who have it are pretty happy with theirs, although I think most of them use their own router, and they don't tend to use P2p either.

Sky fibre installed a couple of months ago. Its perfect.

Kids moaning about Infinity products are probably playing COD which has awful netcode and a crazy balancing system that is seriously troubled by fast connections.
