      Just ordered fibre.

      After a falling out with sky about a month ago i decided to try BT and found there customer service to be terrible! So now i have just reordered with sky and i must say i am quite happy with them now. I managed to get sky tv for a year for 10 a month.

      However what i wanted to know is with BT infinity i could get 60mbps down. With sky i just order fibre unlimited how easy is it to upgrade to fibre pro if i need to in the future? Thanks

      I know but im getting just fibre unlimited to start me off. But if i want to upgrade to pro at a later date what would the process be? Would they have to send an engineer out or would they just increase my speed?

      Most likely just change your account. Your Fibre setup will already be there. You won't need anything new.

      Well 21st is my installation date And im getting the new sky hub thing. Wish me luck!
