      Hi

      I've done that and disabling the shields one at a time makes no difference so it would appear to be the Avast software itself causing the problem

      I don't recall exactly where I read it, but I think Avast users have also seen some improvement in speed testing results by temporarily disabling the software.

      Thank you for the feedback.

      I have forwarded the information and will update in due course. It may take a little while to be resolved.

      Quite a few members have had issues with the SkyUser IMAP service and Avast. This may all show that Avast is being a little too cautious.
