      If it is not in your MySky under account settings I doubt Sky would use it tbh

      Hmmm, I didn't give it to them except when setting up sky go.

      I should get a text then.

      Theres always the chance that you are not in an area that is being upgraded?

      tbh we are so near to Xmas now, I cannot see this going on for much longer now, as they must be more or less at the point of shut down of upgrades (TV and BB) etc so as to not cause any new issues to come into the call centres over the Christmas period etc
