      What did they change?

Oh and 5 days is 120 hours Do not expect anything to be done with-in a few days.

My ping has increased three times now from 17ms to 23/24ms. 120 hours later all was fine.

      Have patience

My ping went from 11 to 13 for first time in about six months, and my download is getting lower bit by bit.

What were you originally quoted for speed? I was quoted 33.4MB When I joined I was the first for sky on my network, I got 40mb & 9ms ping.

Since March I have now lowered to 35MB & ping went to 17ms.

Far too much discussion over ping times changing from 10 to 17 etc. Why even bother with the energy to post. Its a negligble difference 7/1000 of a second!.

Can I ask why you felt you needed to post your unhelpful comment. It's not even about the ping times, rather the matter of people's line's changing, which helpful people will reply too.

Was quoted 40 got 38 in july now down to 25.8 today. Don't know if it's more people using the same box, but if this was expected why didn't they say.

It's unusual to get lower speeds than you were quoted, most get more.
With a speed drop as big as yours, it could be a fault on the line.
I was quoted 35 down and 5 up.
      I sync at 39999/9200.
Did you notice a ping increase when you speed dropped?
Usually that's a sign interleaving has kicked in.
