      Re: Increased ping times

Ive not checked my pings for the last few days but I do occasionally find it jumps to 24-26ms from the normal 17ms (to bbc.co.uk).

It normally does this for 5 days then goes back down to 17ms.

      Re: Increased ping times

Mine are still higher than they were before the outage, Seeing about 14ms to Maidenhead now where as before it was 8 - 9 ms.

Saying that it's still well within acceptable limits.

Nope....was 6ms from day one but after outage it has doubled and stayed doubled........I wonder if they'll ever tell us what happened and how they've partially fixed it?

No chance, if you want that kind of information you'll need to be with one of the smaller providers most likely as they tend to be more willing to disclose details of faults.etc.
