      Today's the day

      Well I am sitting here waiting for the BTO engineer to rollup to install Sky Fibre Pro. Scheduled somewhere between 8am and 1pm.
      I am a realist and although I am promised speeds of up to 78.6 meg through ethernet. I don't expect speeds anywhere near that but anything less than 55 meg and I will be challenging their claims.
      I have no expectations from Wireless even with the new Sky hub and I am geared up to use power lines around the house instead.

      Coffee and cookies are lined up ready to go as I need the engineer to make the slave socket the master.

      Will keep you guys posted on the outcome.

      Well the engineer arrived and was gone within the hour. Nice chap. He made my slave socket the master and I am up and running with no issues. Currently running 74.6 meg download and 17 meg upload speeds so I am happy with that

      fingers crossed that your lines good, since from what ive read fibre starts out at the fastest speed when first installed then drops the speed if theres any instability.
