Hi,I had sky fibre installed a few months ago and have had no problems whatsoever until last night when the connection went totally.Tried rebooted both routers, checked the cables etc and every light is on apart from the circular tick light which comes on for about 10s after rebooted and then turns off.
Nothing has changed whatsoever it just stopped working, spoke to the Fibre helpline and an engineer is coming tomorrow but still really confused as to what the problem could be ??
Any help appreciated.

Re: Disconnection problem
If your modem if plugged into the VDSL plate and is joined to your router with an ethernet cable and all plugs are firmly seated, there is not much else you can do. You could try plugging into the Test socket with a filter and see if there is any difference, but as a faulty faceplate is very unlikely it will probably make no difference. Annoying as it is, you will just have to wait on the engineer showing up. If he is not there at the appointed time call Sky and tell them.

Note - When downloading always select the Custom install or you will end up with stuff you don't want.
