Had an almost perfect install, was up and running within 2 weeks of ordering online. Engineer was really amazing - he drilled wholes etc and went way beyond the call of duty installing my data extension kit. We also had a long chat about cars and car washing - he even went to my car and told me how i could improve my car washing technique! I couldnt ask for anything better - honestly!

I can't vote for the first option due to some weird fault with polls and Google Chrome on my machine, but I would have!

No problems with the order process, loads of text/email updates, BT engineer arrived as agreed, smooth install and decent speeds, although I was set up on a 40/2 profile which they are changing.

The only downside remains the very average performance from the Sky supplied Sagem router which (once things get "busy" on the network), grinds to a halt. Thankfully this can be resolved by changing to another router.

Overall I am happy and already tempted to crank it up to 80MB!
