    No router - update

      No router - update

      I called Sky as no sign of my router for the install on Tuesday. The guy on the fibre team number was helpful but suggested calling again first thing Monday as the dispatch dept is not open weekends. He confirmed that he couldn't see any reference on the system for the router having been sent, so it probably hadn't !!

      Update - I spoke to Sky Fibre team this morning at 8am and was told they will dispatch one on next day. Called up to check at 4pm and said it showed dispatched today on the system. Fingers crossed!

      BT Infinity 2 FTTC (19/09/2012) - Sync: 52 Mbps / 9 Mbps - (Would consider Sky if static IP available).

      No router - update

      When I got fibre on trial I never received my router as a light fingered person at Post Office had it,Sky sent another one out
