      So I got 3 ex colleagues working at sky on the broadband team....

      Good friends speak to them often so i had one check my profile today and i was surprise what my profile is set to.

      But am still getting my MAX speed.

      They are obviously not looking in the right place. What does your profile say on the broadband details in your MySky page? I would not be surprised if they have not been updated.

      Unlimited fiber......they investigating why i am on that
