      Wireless Problems

      Hi Guys,

A few months ago my Sky Unlimited package started playing up and would randomly keep dropping out i then discovered it was just the wireless, i tried all the channels and it didn't solve it

i then discovered i could now get Fibre so i upgraded, had my connection a week and its amazing, got the 40/10 package (was 40/2)

connection was ok for first few days but now its back to normal, keeps dropping out etc, its definitely the wireless though, Wired is fine!

Tried all the channels again but still the same, unplugged cordless phones etc but no luck

      Any ideas?

      Re: Wireless Problems

if that is the case you can buy a router that has 5Ghz wireless channels either hang it off the back of the sky router or get one that can handle DD-WRT and replace your sky router

under Sky's T&C's you are supposed to use their router but Sky have not penalized anyone for using their own router
