      I think your the first person I've read about who's ping has gone down again, after going up. Nice one.
      Out of interest, would you be happy with a slight speed drop if you could have kept your 10ms ping.
      With sky since 1997.

      It is right to give them thanks.

      Here's a little celebratory tune.

      Good question, it goes both ways. I wouldn't notice 9ms or 18ms difference its placebo. Same as I wouldn't notice 35mb or 38mb browsing or really even downloading.

      So no where I'm at is perfect. I would however trade 5mb easy to have a 9ms ping over a 29ms ping if that makes sense?

      Pinging bbc.co.uk [212.58.241.131] with 32 bytes of data:
      Reply from 212.58.241.131: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=247
      Reply from 212.58.241.131: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=247
      Reply from 212.58.241.131: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=247
      Reply from 212.58.241.131: bytes=32 time=17ms TTL=247

      Ping statistics for 212.58.241.131:
      Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
      Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
      Minimum = 17ms, Maximum = 17ms, Average = 17ms

      Sorry if i've missed it - but is there a way to force the speed increase? Testing my VPN from my PfSense box and I'm struggling with 1.4mbit at present.

      It was reported at the beginning of this that Sky are upgrading everyone gradually. They will get around to you in time but it could be a couple of weeks yet.
