      Its true that my spoken english is not as good as my typed one, so i will try this way. Anyway im not afraid to call, but didnt give me a clear response on what is the problem on my last call.

      No problem. My comment wasn't made because you are Spanish, it was purely directed at the fact that you commented that you couldn't call today.

      There are many people from other parts of this world who are very fluent in English and would be able to handle the call very well. I do know from experience that some do struggle with the speed that it is spoken. If this is the case just ask the person to slow down their speech. It will be hard (been there, done that) but is is possible.
