      ouch,

ok if you dont want to use DownloadThemAll but, out of curiosity what browser are you using? I just tried the XP SP3 download and have the following results WITHOUT an accelerator

Google Chrome: 3.6MB/s took a while to get there though
      IE9: 4.3MB/s
      Firefox Aurora: 4.5Mb/s

give aurora a go, if you dont like it you can always uninstall it

as for your sync rate, how many times has your modem been disconnected today?

      Re: my upload speed!

      I use nothing but IE9 - and will only use IE9+ ;-)
my modem hasnt been disconnected today but I did do it myself to see if I could get a higher sync rate but instead, it resulted in the opposite. lol.

the browser isnt the issue. I know people who use IE9 and get 8+Mb/s download on their connection (Europe based)

hmm, its seems as though your throughput is still at the same speeds as the 40/2 product.

have you installed JD auto speedtester to monitor your speeds. you need to leave your PC on go gather the times over a 24 hour period. if you install it please make sure that you tick the box to start up when windows boots.
