      Very strange indeed. As per my earlier post, my network is running better than ever - all running at 1Gbps (except the Sky part obviously).

      i have reset and restarted the sh and t-link still only 100mb, also tried cable from pc in sh and it comes up with 1gb but not via t-link setup as Virgin super-hub -- t-link -- PC.

      test done

      Super-hub -- PC == 1gb
      super-hub -- t-link -- PC == 100mb

      Makes no odds for me. But I have noticed it testing (as it is as I type this) whilst I am watching YouTube videos. So surely the tests won't be accurate? If so what's the point?

      I can't see mine as it is upstairs, but i wished we had somewhere to look at the test results.

      I thought I read somewhere that we could. I am sure one of the e-mails said so. I've e-mailed them to ask

      If it is similar to Samknows, you will get a monthly report by email and have access to your own report page on the web.

      I've signed up as well, and received and installed the box yesterday. I've asked them the same question, but not heard anything back. I'll post back on here if I do hear anything. Another thing I've noticed is there are very defined spikes at regular intervals on my ThinkBroadband ping chart that weren't there before.

      mine keeps testing when I am downloading,. So how is it meant to be accurate!?

      Is it not just checking the speed of your download and not downloading itself?

      I've still not had a reply from them (sent on Friday) regarding the wifi situation but I've also notice the test runs every 50 - 70 mins and it does it even when downloading - which of course they say won't do.
