      Problem with trying to upgrade to Fibre Pro as a existing customer

      Hello I am currently on Sky Fibre unlimited and was made aware that today Sky have released Fibre Pro and that people have been upgrading their package over the phone. So decided to ring up Sky and ask to upgrade my package to Fibre Pro and the lady said I could get it and she then asked me to hold while she spoke to the Fibre team then after her 2 minute conversation with them she said that they said I can upgrade online but I cannot see anywhere to upgrade to the Fibre Pro package,

      I only see the Fibre unlimited package that I already have. I am quite frustrated and don't know what to do. Anyone upgraded as a existing customer to the Fibre Package have any clues about how I can upgrade online? Thanks a lot.

      I couldn't find it online - I rang them and it got ordered within 5 minutes of being on the phone..
