Will turning the router off affect sync speed?

Have had Sky Fibre since 27th April and have maintained a steady sync of 39998kbps / 1999kbps. However every so often (no matter how often I've told them) some of the family members tend to turn the switch off at night or to plug in another appliance and so the router goes off until it is switched back on.

Its only happened on 3 occasions but I'm worried it will trigger DLM. Does it exist on Sky Fibre and does anyone know how many reboots before it would kick in? Would be pretty annoyed if I ended up losing speed.

If it's the router being turned off, it won't cause a problem. If it's the BTO modem, DLM could be triggered but only after multiple resets during a day.
