I can remember the days when a 300 baud modem that you placed the phone handset in was the norm!

Before the internet, you had to dial up each individual bulletin board you wanted to access.

You were lucky, the acoustic coupler we had only did 110 baud. Mind you that's be highest speed the teletype unit could cope with.

I bet you lived in a house though!

You were lucky, we lived in a shoe box in the gutter and only had dead insects and dried leaves to eat.
If we were really lucky, dad would beat us within an inch of our lives before tea so that we would appreciate it more!

      Ahhhh, those were the days!

Well, the champagne has gone flat!

Still not enabled and accepting orders even though Ramsgate and Margate had the same activation date of June 1st and they have been accepting orders for a while now.

I have jumped the gun a little and already signed up to sky talk in the hope that by doing that it might speed up the process of me getting fibre once the cabinet goes live. Sky talk goes live on June 28th.
