      Finger's crossed your get it in time. My router arrived after a very long wait. I wasn't too impressed with the way it was handled I was supposed to get a call back a few days after my connection went live to sort out some compensation and.....nothing lol. Im just waiting for the first bill as I have email proof so no bother... Hopefully sky will learn not to rush things without first getting everything ready for it going live.

      Mine has arrived this morning as well. All systems go for Tuesday now!!(As long as BTO Engineer turns up!!)

      DO keep an eye out for the BTO Engineer. A few members have had issues with them going to the wrong address, then cancelling the appointment.

      I work in IT and we have to look after ADSL lines into sites so i'm VERY well versed in their tactics!!!
