I would assume just install the original firmware the same way you install the hacked one

Whilst a little below the belt, VW's comments might have a thread of truth behind them.

If you are having this much problem, then I'd suggest that this might not be a good time for you to hack the Modem.

I realise that some have improved their upload speeds a little by turning Interleaving off, but otherwise all you can do is to see the connection stats.

As for the original BTO Firmware, if I recall correctly it is available somewhere to download so you can revert back to it.

I don't know which OS you are using, but there are plenty of help pages available on the Internet to give you guidance on changing the IPv4 Address on your network adaptor for each version of Windows. Use 'ipconfig' to confirm that you have changed them and work from there.

Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

Original firmware for the HG612 can be found here : https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0B6...GJl/edit?pli=1

Are you sure you don't mean QoS? As far as I'm aware you can't turn interleaving off on the modem as it's controlled by the equipment in the cabinet.
