    Sky Fibre broadband no broadband connection detected

      Silly question but those that are having problems are you connected to port 1 of the sky router?

      Had a similar problem, rebooted , plugged the cable into port 4 and now everything perfect and stable. Not sure why this should be?

      Yes. I've tried every port, three different LAN cables, two Sky routers and toggling Auto/WANoE - nothing will get the router to notice the connection established by the modem. Sky never rang me up so I rang them - they've not been told anything by the team that deals with it so aren't able to give me any updates.
