Big drop in fibre speeds today

Ok, I had my fibre installed on the 27/04/12. Now I know about the 10 day line testing. The thing is when it was installed, I got 22meg wireless and 32 meg ethernet off the bat. Now this was great compared to the speeds I was getting before. The only issue is today is that it has dropped below 10 megs regulary and not really gone abouve 12. Now I know there may be testing but would there really be such a dramatic drop off as when I was doing fibre research BT said I should easily get over 30 meg without issue. As I said I hope this is just down to Sky's testing and no other issues. Anyone else having similiar experiences?

Just retested at 7 meg. Surely the line testing should be testing in the high 30's for stability, 7 meg is standard broadband speeds.

What does the Sky router report your sync speed as? There is no 10 day testing period on fibre, it runs at full speed from the get go. All I can suggest is reboot both the BTO modem and the router then see how you get on.

If my fiber speeds even dip into the low 20s I'm off . You have 30 days to cancel so I'd ring um up, 7 m on fiber is a joke really.

      Im unhappy with 32 lol

As Mystic Eddy asked, what is your sky router syncing at? Are all your speed test done with a wired computer rather than wifi?

Your FTTC speed should never be below 15...
