      Sky FIbre 2nd may

      Hi all newbie ere,

Getting fibre installed on Wednesday, can't wait I've had to put up with a pony 1.5 line for the last 5 years.

Could anyone tell me if I need to get a N adapter for my laptop or can b/g handle it as the speeds are not over 50mb

      Any help would be great.

      Many thanks all

Tha N router is backwards compatible with wireless b/g but if you want to take advantage of the faster speeds the router would offer you would be best to grab an adaptor - or ask the engineer to install the router etc near where the laptop is mainly used and connect with a cable
