      Order Tracking

      Hi guys,

      First post, should I be worried about the current status of my order tracking? I've attached a picture. I'm not that worried at the moment because I have received a confirmation letter from sky saying the engineer is booked for 1st May. Just wondering if anyone else has a similar status?

      That looks OK. You should receive your router some time this week, ready for installation a week today.

      Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that I have already received my new router. I was just a bit concerned as the status does not confirm an engineer visit while a friend of mine who ordered it on the same day does. I hope it is all ok like you said because I’ve had to book the day off work. Thanks again.

      Did your friend pay extra for someone to install the Sky router possibly?

      As long as you have the router, everything looks fine as Tom says. BT will set you all up from reading on here.

      No he didn’t pay anything extra, he went through the exact same ordering procedure as me. I’ll just have to trust Sky and hope that everything is ok. Thanks for the response!

      Flatty,

      I would give Sky Customer Services a quick call to check as that is totally different from my Order Tracker.

      Hi, I’ve rang Sky and they’ve assured me that the order is all ok and that the engineer is still booked to arrive on the 1st of May. All I can do is take there word for it I suppose. Even though I’m still not confident.

      My tracking page looks like this (without the extra 'rows' for the cancellation of BBU and the new router).

      However, despite me changing my appointment time (to PM rather than AM) twice - and getting a confirmation email both times, my tracker still has the AM slot
