      Phoned them up yesterday, re engineer appointment, and their system still had the original time. Lots of people, he said, were reporting the same problem. Not a major problem as I know well in advance.

      well mine still say 8 am to 1 pm now but doesn't give the option to change it just the number i would need to call today to change it (no way that is happening) all the detail in the email are fine and the letter has the right address and number so i just gonna keep an eye out tomorrow for them and hope sky passed the right details along

      You could always put a small love note on the fibre cabinet...
