    Order Tracking

    This is a discussion on Order Tracking within the Sky Broadband (Fibre) Help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Still no movement on my tracking page (with an install date of May 4th) - should I be worried yet ...

      Still no movement on my tracking page (with an install date of May 4th) - should I be worried yet ?

      I also got a letter from Sky yesterday, about my new monthly cost, but all it said was you have order "sky fibre intallation" (at no cost) with no mention of any monthly increase.

      yeah sky installation at no cost there should be a monthly on there somewhere i saw it on mine

      Hi AdamBrunt,

      Would I be right in saying that you have the red sections on your order tracking like mine? (See pic in original post) Therefore not mentioning an engineer appointment??

      Mine still hasn’t changed and my engineer is due to arrive on May 1st. I’ve called Sky on 3 separate occasions to confirm the engineer is still coming and they assure me he is, but due to past experiences with Sky I just don’t trust them. Fingers crossed everything will be ok.

      Not on the first letter but they sent me a 2nd letter yesterday which did have the new monthly cost on it.

      No. My tracking screen just has the one section which, despite having an install date of next Friday, still hasn't 'moved' to "equipment dispatched". I do have an engineer's appointment on my screen but I have tried changing it twice (getting email confirmation both times) but the screen and letter from Sky show the original appointment time.

      Sky are still doing work on the My Account side of things until Friday (today). Ive not even been able to access my account, but If was you and my install was May 1st, I would call just to put your mind at rest!

      i've been able to check mine and confirm the time change on mysky so i think everything is going well for me

      With sky carrying out work until today, it could just be mysky and tracking that could be slow to be honest.

      it might not change untill it confirmed and with the issues they had and maintance they might not have received the request i know i got an confirm email about 1630 in the evening
