      Parcel Force

      Hey guys, I'm having Fibre installed on the 27th along with most others. Sky shipped my router on Friday and I've been frequently checking the tracker for updates.

      Today, the tracker updated to this message

      "We have a record of item XXXXXXXX as being delivered from Romford DO on 2012-04-23."


      However when I came home from work, absolutely nothing has been delivered. Someone has been at home all day and they told me that the doorbell didn't ring. There's no red card either through the postbox.

      Not too sure what to do as there's only 4 days till the install. Has anyone else had this?

      Clearly someone has your router ring them up

      Can't even find a number to ring them on.

      Router gets "delivered" to your Royal Mail sorting office from there it should get delivered to your address. Keep an eye out for updates

      Im quite confused, does this mean it hasn't been sent out for delivery to my address yet? If yes then the tracker message is quite misleading.

      Same here. Install in on the 27th. I got a text today saying it had been delivered. Also checked tracking on RM website which says its been delivered, no delivery note through door, and no immediate neighbours have got it.

      Your parcel force status is exactly the same as mine is now and my router was delivered this morning. See if any of your neighbours have it?
